Job Description
Maritime Electric is dedicated to providing superior customer service to its customers on Prince Edward Island. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, this position requires a motivated individual commitment to customer service, able to effectively manage multiple inquiries through different communication systems, work in a fast-paced environment at Maritime Electric. Strong interpersonal and communication skills together with analytical and problem solving skills are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications & Experience Required
College or post-secondary student from a recognized post-secondary educational institution with related courses in business or communications.
Working knowledge of Maritime Electric customer information systems, rates, standards, policies and procedures would be considered an asset.
The ability to work within a team environment while at the same time be able to prioritize and execute their own work will be important for success and advancement opportunities.
