Electrical Safety Programs

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to visit Island schools to deliver the presentations this year. However, we understand these presentations are a valuable resource for helping students understand the hazards associated with electricity and we will continue to offer them in a different capacity.

To adapt to the current circumstances, we have filmed both the Shocking Truth and Generation Conservation presentations separately to ensure all students still have the opportunity to experience them in 2020 and 2021.

If you are interested in having one (or both) presentations offered to your grade six class through video, please contact us at customerservice@maritimeelectric.com to receive the links to the videos and to have the certificates and workbooks sent to your class.

We are excited to continue to offer these presentations, and we look forward to returning to PEI schools when it is safe to do so.
