Trees for Life Application Form

In 2019 Maritime Electric introduced an employee tree planting initiative, Trees for Life. If you are interested in having trees donated to your school or community, please complete the application form below. If you have any questions about this new online application form, please reach out to us Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm via phone at 1-800-670-1012 or email at customerservice@maritimeelectric.com.
